I am a Senior Reruiter for Talent Software Services - a Professional Services/Consulting company in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I am part of a great team that is responsible for finding top talent in the Twin Cities to help our clients achieve success on important business and information technology initiatives. We are a preferred consulting company with clients like UnitedHealth Group, Carlson Companies, Medtronic, Thrivent Financial, and Northwest Airlines - just to name a few of the over 30 companies we work with.

Previous to working at Talent, my career started as a Database Programmer for a marketing services firm in Roseville, Minnesota - Montage, Inc. - where I also held positions of a Database Administration & Reporting Manager, and Project Manager.

My recruiting career started at SafeNet Consulting in Minnetonka, Minnesota where I sourced and recruited IT professionals, Project Managers, and Business Analysts.

My name is Robert Stanke and I am pretty much "the common man". I'm the best of the lousiest, and the lousiest of the best! I am a huge Minnesota sports fan - Timberwolves (currently in a rebuilding year after trading "Da Big Ticket" - Kevin Garnett), Vikings (hopefully making a wild card push), and Twins (otherwise known as the baseball team that raises stars and then loses them because Carl Pohlad doesn't spend his billions to put a winning team on the field)! I live and breath sports. Professionally, I work as a Senior Recruiter for a consulting company in Minneapolis.
